At the end of the day, avoiding health challenges for someone whose body was born fit and whole and without defect, and who has not suffered a trauma or accident, is simple in theory:

  1. Avoid toxicities
  2. Get sufficient nutrients

In absolute terms, knowing what is toxic and knowing what is a sufficent amount of nutrients is difficult. For instance, the supply of A-Vitamins, at some quantity (based on a person’s unique characteristics), becomes toxic. Even the supply of water, at some quantity, is too much.

But, for most people, there is no danger of too many nutrients. The real danger is not enough. Still, most people will justify themselves in not worrying about getting enough nutrients, because, they have heard that supplementation of nutrients can be dangerous. The ones who don’t supplement because of fear of danger, don’t supplement because they don’t know what to do for sure, and therefore, they don’t do anything.

We, therefore, present a list of health challenges, and explain what to do to avoid those health challenges, in terms of avoiding toxicities and increasing nutrient supply:

  1. Diabetes
